Baguio City’s Panagbenga Festival is best known for its attractive floral float parade, marching bands, street dances, and a showcase of culture and dance. But as the sun sets, another side of the festival comes alive—the Night Street Food Market. We call it Session Road in Bloom, when the main road is closed for activities that was practiced annually by the City of Baguio. In 2025, this part of Panagbenga promises to be bigger, bolder, and even more flavorful! A record of 400 stalls of arts & crafts, culture, clothing and various mix of homegrown flavors.

Everyday during the duration of Session Road In Bloom, Burnham Park, Harrison Road, Session Road, and other key areas transformed into a food lover’s paradise. The aroma of sizzling meats, sweet treats, and unique Cordilleran delicacies fills the cool night air, tempting both locals and tourists to indulge. Whether you’re an adventurous eater or someone who enjoys classic Filipino comfort food, there’s something for everyone.

Popular Street Foods at Panagbenga 2025

1. Pinikpikan – A traditional Cordilleran chicken dish with a smoky, rich flavor, best enjoyed with a warm cup of rice wine.
