Panagbenga 2025: A Night at the Street Market

Baguio City’s Panagbenga Festival is best known for its attractive floral float parade, marching bands, street dances, and a showcase of culture and dance. But as the sun sets, another side of the festival comes alive—the Night Street Food Market. We call it Session Road in Bloom, when the main road is closed for activities that was practiced annually by the City of Baguio. In 2025, this part of Panagbenga promises to be bigger, bolder, and even more flavorful! A record of 400 stalls of arts & crafts, culture, clothing and various mix of homegrown flavors.

Street Food Parade at Session Road

Everyday during the duration of Session Road In Bloom, Burnham Park, Harrison Road, Session Road, and other key areas transformed into a food lover’s paradise. The aroma of sizzling meats, sweet treats, and unique Cordilleran delicacies fills the cool night air, tempting both locals and tourists to indulge. Whether you’re an adventurous eater or someone who enjoys classic Filipino comfort food, there’s something for everyone.

Popular Street Foods at Panagbenga 2025

1. Pinikpikan – A traditional Cordilleran chicken dish with a smoky, rich flavor, best enjoyed with a warm cup of rice wine.

7. Fruit Juice

8. Tanghulu – Sweet candied treat of fresh fruits coated in melted sugar.

9. Shawarma – A Middle Eastern dish and is very popular in Baguio City during street market events. A crowd favorite!

11. Cheese Hot dog Bun

The Vibe: Music, Lights, and Celebration

Beyond the food, the Panagbenga Night Market is an experience in itself. Street performers, local musicians, and cultural dancers add to the festival’s lively atmosphere. The twinkling lights, vibrant decorations, and the laughter of happy foodies make the night unforgettable.

Tips for Enjoying the Night Street Food Festival

Arrive early – The best food stalls often have long lines, so get there before peak hours.

Cash Only – Majority of vendors only accept cash, so have small bills ready.
